1988, a family running a plantation required a vehi-cle that can not only be a family vehicle, but also something that can be used to maneuver in the plantations, basically an all in one workhorse.The car was purchased and performed it duties for 30 years without any complain or show of exhaus-tion.Fast forward 30 years, Borneo terrain are not as rough as they used to be, the couple has grown old, and their kids have taken over the day to day operations. Work is now performed by Teresa’s si-bilings and next generation vehicles, like the Hilux pickups.Teresa takes a backseat under single ownership. We happen to find her in all her glory and adopt-ed her and decided to bring her back to her full glory.So here it is, as original as it can be.This car is the facelifted version of the LC60 series, where it gained the masculine 4 rectangle headlights which subsequently the 80 series were based on. This car has a 3.4l 3B Late Version diesel engine.
